I thought this was interesting
light and darkness have been used over time to represent good and evil in religion. Dark is bad, Light is good. Darkness is the absence of light, darkness can not be light until light shines on it
If this is true and we are darkness along with the world then Christ is the light and came to take us into the light because only the Light can do this. Other religions do not follow this, they talk about righteousness and goodness but in the end the person has to become light alone without God.
Think about this when you see magnificence of light.

I still read this, and so do Caryn and John... don't know about the kids... We're thinking of making this into the Church's Blog. So it will still be used and you are more than welcomed to continue posting : )
